As a an automotive and model photographer it is so important to be able to determind whether you are wanting the model or the car as the subject. It’s about figuring out what your client’s vision is. Whether you sre shooting the owner of the car, or a model, it doesn’t matter.

So often the subject of a photo can get lost in a photo because of how your angles, focus and direction of shooting effect highlighting the focus of the shot.

Here is an example of me prioritizing the model as the subject over the car vs the car over the subject of the model.
