When we think of an event, we know tech is a requirement. Everyone knows the basics, DOT helmet, fire extinguisher within reach, roll bar, harness, so on. But what tech requirements have you come across that have baffled you.

Last weekend i was told i couldn’t do a ride along with a tube top on - i had to purchase a t-shirt or find one to borrow, that it was tech rules. Also, i had to hide the fact that i was wearing crocks.

NEVER in my life, have i attended a grass roots drift event with such ridiculous rules. I know dudes who drift shirtless and in crocks, but i couldn’t do a ride along? Wiiiild - to me that’s nonsense, especially as someone who hosts events and drifts.
