Going Forward.
What Do You Hope to See More of in Car Culture Going Forward?
I’ll kick this one off.
Personally, I’d love to see more originality and less pressure to follow trends.
Not every car needs to be the lowest, fastest, most expensive, or most viral build on the internet. Some of the coolest cars I’ve ever seen were built because the owner had a vision and stuck to it, even if nobody else understood it at first.
I’d also love to see more people helping each other out. More sharing knowledge. More supporting small businesses. More encouraging newcomers instead of tearing them down because they’re just getting started.
At the end of the day, this hobby is supposed to be fun. Whether you’re building a show car, a track car, a drift car, a daily driver, or just trying to keep an old project alive, there’s room for everybody at the table.
So let’s hear it:
What do you hope to see more of in car culture over the next few years? 👇

You pretty much summed it up. Defiantly more originality with builds, the scene has kinda turned into a Harley rally where it takes you 5 hours to find "your custom black Harley". But also nailed it with helping each other out. That's what I'm trying to build here with the wisco chapter, monthly meetings and going to each members place to help with their current project. Then the next meeting helping with a different members vehicle.
Going off what Devan said, having people want to learn how to wrench on their own ride. I get everyone can't do what some of us can, but to me there's just a little bit more respect given to builds that were built in the owners garage.
