Little By Little

Hey y'all! Here's my 2021 Corolla Hatchback and a brief (ish) summary of what's been done and where it's headed. I bought the car a year and a half ago roughly and I've been slowly and steadily building it to my liking.

The exterior looks fairly OEM+ right now with tint, a mild drop on RS-R coils and Tein struts, a Blitz (rep) wing, Kill All Wipers rear wiper delete, and custom cut rear plastics for my exhaust. Recently my son and I applied sticker bomb vinyl to one front fender and of course it's wearing a club banner.

Interior is stock save for a Delta X throttle pedal spacer and some work on the shifter including a Grimmspeed stubby weighted shift knob and shifter bushings from Monkeywrench Racing. I have plans for the interior

but it's going to come last on my list most likely.

Under the hood I've added an aFe Takeda intake, TB spacer, and custom intake duct, a GR Corolla radiator cover custom cut to match and installed with bolts from Fast Turn Fittings, Monkeywrench Racing short shift kit and shift linkage bushings, Non-Stop Tuning lightweight crank pulley, and 2J Racing mid-pipe and valved cat-back exhaust.

The next steps for me are going to be wheels, tires and aero. I'm looking at 17x8 Konig Countergrams in hyper silver with machined lips, Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 tires, and either a TRD (rep) lip/skirt kit from CraftC Performance or the recently released Epsilon+ lip/skirt kit for the car. With aero in hand I'll finalize a color and wrap the whole car to match. I'm HOPING to be wrapping it in the spring before hitting the first meets of next year. We'll see if I can save enough for the parts before then!

I've got big plans down the road and I'm looking forward to sharing the successes and failures here. One step at a time!
