Hey everyone I've recently joined the club! Hope everyone is having a good day and enjoying their ride! I am building a 2026 subaru wrx ts. Time will tell how far I can take my car. Only a few mods has been made so far. If you want you can follow me on Instagram himura.wrxts
It’s started as 1997 Honda Odyssey, my family had this since 2014 gifted from our grandpa, driven everywhere until it broke down and set backyard 2 years, goats been jumping on top of Odyssey, lots of spiders webs, snakes lived there and more creatures, until 2019 on New Year’s Eve, my friend and I were bored had nothing to do, then I had idea to start up Odyssey, so we charged the battery, add new fuel, topped up oil and it started up right away, the first thing we did was remove muffler 😂 oh boi that thing was rowdy. Few weeks went by, I decided to fix it up for my first car when I was only 16. First thing we did was fix the problems and maintenance the who Odyssey and get registered. Few months went by, painted whole odyssey red using rattle can paint, got cold air…
Dude this is EXACTLY the kind of story that makes people fall in love with car culture again.
Not because it’s the fastest thing on earth or because it cost a million dollars, but because there’s actual life behind it. The whole image of this abandoned Odyssey sitting with goats climbing on it and then you randomly deciding “yeah let’s bring this thing back” on New Year’s Eve is legendary already 😂
And honestly the fact you and your dad rebuilt the motor AND manual swapped it makes it so much cooler. That’s the stuff people remember forever. Most people would’ve sent that van straight to a junkyard and never thought twice about it.
Also the part where you said the best thing about shows was seeing other people smile at the build… that says a lot honestly. That’s the side of the scene that matters way more than trophies or internet points.
My name is Jason (Jdel) from Va Beach in the 757 and I drive a 1998 Honda Acty Street, imported from Japan. It’s been almost a three year process and getting closer to full restored, along with some personal tweaks to make it my own. A lot of guys go more of the tuner route with these, which is awesome. Living at the beach and this being my daily, I’ve opted to honor its island roots and merge that with my daily surfing to make the quintessential Japanese beach van. With nods to surf and skate culture, along with JDM sprinkled in, it’s been a labor of love.
Still a lot to do on my list of upgrades and mods, but it’s such a blast to stay connected to the scene while bringing something unique to meets & shows.

Hey everyone!
Just joined this club and checking things out! I’m located in Northern Nevada in a small town called Elko, NV. Moved here about 5 years ago from Southern California and the car scene here is unique. Nothing compared to our meets down in Cali. I used to have a 2017 Subaru WRX and then life happened with my little one so I had to trade it in for a more suitable vehicle.
With my daughter turning 4 this year I thought it was time to get back into the scene and build something her and I both can enjoy. So introducing my 2018 Honda Civic Si. We usually travel to SLC for shows or Idaho. Hopefully one day I’ll get to meet some of you!

Thanks to Jarrad for the invite and Trevor and Chris for starting and operating this club! I've been wrenching as long as I can remember, and have grown up around race cars (C.A.R.T. - RIP, IndyCar and more recently IMSA). I'll always appreciate a good build that's got ones blood, sweet and tears into it. I'm from NJ and Charlotte, NC is my second home.
I have a 1992 Honda ACTY that I'm working on getting into tip-top shape to haul things around with. I have been on a 8 month journey of importing a 1995 R33 Skyline GTS-T from a used car lot in Osaka, it should finally be on the road, NJ legal in the next few weeks, and my DD is a Unitronic Stage 2 2016 VeeDub Jetta GLI!

Hello all, my name's Claire and I'm a Silver tier member (currently 😉).
I'm from the northwest (born/raised in PDX, living in the CDA area currently). I have an affinity for JDM, particularly (but not limited to) Subaru, and have owned 3 of them in total so far (RIP to my first subie, '18 WRX premium MT that an NPC totaled by blowing a stop sign at full speed).
Currently I have '05 OBXT limited MT, '17 STi limited MT, '93 Miata base NA MT, '96 Mitsubishi minicab RHD kei truck MT (stock for now to have one reliable winter beater lol), as well as a collection of two wheeled toys: '11 Honda CBR1000RR, '15 Victory Gunner 1731, and '21 Maddog Icebear 150cc scooter.
Everything but the kei truck is in various stages of cosmetic and/or performance upgrades depending on my finances and the weather at any given time, but I have big plans for everything eventually because "life's too short to stay stock," as they say! I look forward to sharing my progress with all of you and cannot wait to follow along with everyone else's as well!
